In August, I found a book about mudras in a small shop. I did not know it would be so helpful. Few days later, I woke up with a strong pain in my chest and difficulties to breath. Fortunately, I knew some pranayama to regulate my breath and started practicing mudras. I was amazed by the results. I feel how it reconnects me directly with my body and helps reaching specific organs and areas. So simple yet powerful. I practice any time of the day, during several minutes (10-20)or for longer in meditation and notice how the energy flows around the heart✨

J’ai découvert les mudras le jour de mon premier cours de yoga en feuilletant les livres disposés dans la salle. Ça m’a intrigué mais je ne suis pas allée plus loin. C’était il y a un an. Fin août, je trouve un livre sur les mudras dans un petit magasin et je ne savais pas qu’il allait autant m’aider. Début septembre, je me réveille avec une intense douleur dans la poitrine et du mal à respirer. Des exercices de respiration me permettent de me calmer et je commence à utiliser les mudras, notamment celui-ci. J’ai senti les effets dès les premières minutes, la sensation de chaleur qui entoure mon cœur et l’énergie qui se remet à circuler avec fluidité. Plus de douleur✨Et en le pratiquant régulièrement, la sensation de tension s’est apaisée🙏

I kept an eye on a couple of bubs during a mums n bubs class the other day. Two of them woke up, and we had a nice chat about life and the universe. What is SO amazing to me about babies is that they will just stare at you - with absolutely no awkwardness, social anxiety, barriers, walls, veneers or embarrassment. They stare and stare and really see you. It's like they're drinking in every detail. Let's all be a bit more baby. #bemorebaby .

The physical progress is just one visible effect of something much bigger. The body needs to be healthy and strong to become a fit vehicle for the soul. It’s not one day... it’s a lifelong journey.
