I don’t know if it’s this fall weather or that full moon 🌕 but I’ve been letting things, habits, jobs and people no longer meant for me fall away like this rain. I’m actively taking steps to make space for things that truly matter on this path... Family, health, wealth, love and destiny. I give less fucks (if you can believe it) about the chatter and opinions of anything that isn’t in alignment with my greatest good. I happily release it all with gratitude 🙏 I refuse to keep space for guilt for the self love I have shown. I’m only making space for more love to grow and overflow into the things that are meant for me. Happy falling in love with myself 💗 Happy fall y’all!

Pain is an interesting thing. No one else can measure it but you. It’s sometimes sporadic and other times unrelenting. It’s the unwelcome guest that causes embarrassment, anxiety, and depression.
As I’ve perused various levels of this thing, it never ceases to amaze me how much of a personal experience it is. One can never express the degrees in a way that anyone can fully understand (unless they’ve been through a similar medical issue themselves). I’ve been talking about these experiences as of late not because I’m feeling sorry for myself, but because it’s helpful for those out there going through it to hear that someone understands to some degree what they are going through.
We are, at times, indirectly expected to play down our pain, especially when it’s been going on for a long time. It’s like a TV series when someone is hurt one episode and perfectly fine the next. Life doesn’t work that way. No one wants to be the Debbie downer, but sometimes it’s hard, it hurts, and no one should feel the subtle energy that they need to hide it.
Healing can take such a loonnng timmmee. It’s pace is always tempered and requires so much patience. So support the people you know that have been struggling, a little love goes a long way, especially when someone has been trying to cope for a long time.
Oh and I shared this pretty 🍃 because I like to look for/share beauty even when addressing something that’s challenging. #sharingiscaring #thisislife #psaoftheday #healing #plantsofinstagram
