Pues aquí os dejo la receta del fitcocho que subi a las historias esta tarde ⬇️ He usado las medidas del yogurt para la receta ✔️ Fitcocho de algarroba
⏺️ Una medida de Leche de coco en lata
⏺️Tres medidas Harina de algarroba
⏺️Dos medidas Harina de espelta
⏺️ Dos huevos
⏺️ Un platano 🍌
⏺️1 Yogurt de cabra
⏺️ Una medida de aceite de coco ⏺️ Una cucharadita de bicarbonato
Primero hacemos la mezcla con los ingredientes líquidos, la leche, los huevos el aceite de coco y yogurt y después añadimos los ingredientes secos y el platano. Las harinas las tamizamos antes de añadirlas.
Una vez obtengamos una mezcla homogénea lo echamos al molde y añadimos las nueces a trocitos.

Seasonal Spotlight ~ Carrots 🥕
We've gotten carrots in our share almost every week since the beginning of the summer. These delicious root veggies are so versatile and can be used in so many recipes. 🥕I especially appreciate it when a purple or yellow carrot sneaks into the mix for a welcomed surprise. Yes, boys, those are actually carrots. 😉 This versatile veggie is packed with the most well-known beta-carotene, as well as ton of fiber, vitamin K and antioxidants.
During the summer months, we enjoy them raw most days. We also juiced them this summer, as well as shredded them to top our salads. .
One summer recipe that stands out is shredded beets and carrots sprinkled with fresh herbs, like basil or cilantro, and dressed with a simple dressing of olive oil and lemon juice. So delicious! 🥕
Each week this fall, I'd see carrots on my CSA list and smile because I keep adding them to a big bag in the refrigerator, and never have to buy them at the grocery store. They store perfectly for weeks at a time in a large food storage bag in the produce drawer. Each time I'm making a recipe, I always have them on hand for peeling and chopping in so many different recipes. .
