๐Ÿ‘ Booty Basics๐Ÿ‘
So i am going to try & start sharing more of my workouts & tips that i apply daily when working out ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿป‍โ™€๏ธ There are sooooo many different techniques when it comes to workouts & programming but these help me ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
For Booty GROWTH ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
I will always combine Heavy •COMPOUND lifts; such as Squats (Back & Front rack), Deadlifts (conventional & sumo)
Glute Bridge
•Heavy Machine focussed lifts; such as Hack Squat, Leg Press, Hamstring Curl etc
•Lighter weight Focussed lifts; such as Bulgarian Split squat or Walking Lunges, Kickback, Chair Squat on the Smith Machine etc
•Band Work at the beginning of my workout after i have warmed up. As this wakes up all of the small intrinsic muscles in your Gluetes & Legs. I will also do these as a superset after a Heavy Lift. Such as; Crab walks, Low Parallel in/out squats (shown in vid), Rotational squats (shown in vid), Clams etc
• Plyo work. I add in 1-2 sets of plyo super setting after a Lift to really get the blood flowing to that area. Such as; Jump Squats, Sliding Lunges (shown in vid), Box Jumps etc..

The combination of these different styles of lifting has worked for me...Ladies don’t be afraid to LIFT HEAVY!!!!!!!! It is the only way you will build muscle & build that round, lifted, shapely ๐Ÿ‘....
