Last night he told me he was going to DL 500 for 2. When he came into the gym I told him that I didn’t think he could do it. After the first rep I knew that I was wrong. After the second rep I realized he was wrong. It’s so much fun training with this team. It is very important to visualize and think about the enormous benefits that working-out gives to your body, so you can block the negative thinking that does not allows you to train.

It is possible that your laziness arises because you have the wrong perception about exercise. You may perceive exercise as something heavy or difficult, which exhausts you even just by thinking about it.

Maybe an important key is to change the concept that makes think negatively for one that help is to realize that exercise is something that will make us feel and look good with time.

2) Lateral Raise Variation - 4 x 12 reps

Something light to flush your body. I haven’t done much upper or lower body so did a light flush and tomorrow I’ll do a full back and biceps workout which I’ll record.

(Swipe Left 👈🏾) Got out of the city to again explore the desert and of course, The Grand Canyon. Sitting on the edge of a 4,000 foot drop really feels like you're sitting on the edge of the world. Amazing view and respect for out planet and what the desert can do. I must have drank 2 gallons of water in about 10 hours. Do you have clear, attainable goals?

Have you heard the saying, “motivation is fleeting”? Well, it is. That’s because you can wake up with an abundant amount of motivation and then later in the day something happens and you lose it. It comes and goes at various points in our days, weeks, and lives. You've gotta stop relying solely on motivation.

Motivation is great for temporary pushes. Getting inspired and motivated can absolutely help you and is beneficial. But it is important to know WHY you are doing what you're doing. That why will push you through when the motivation leaves. You need to have specific goals...preferably multiple small goals that you can continuously work towards. Set smaller goals that are achievable which will make you proud and gain confidence that will push you to go for that next one.

Stop relying on motivation. It’s easy to wake up and say, “I’m just not motivated today. I’ll do it tomorrow when I have motivation again.” It isn’t guaranteed that you’ll have it back tomorrow. Form habits. Become disciplined. Remind yourself daily why you’re doing what you’re doing.
