O INDICE GLICEMICO (IG) do alimento vai determinar a velocidade que o organismo vai absorvê-lo após o consumo, quanto maior o IG mais rápido o nível de glicose no sangue se elevará, assim como a produção de energia e vice versa.
👉Alimentos com a carga glicêmica muito alta, se consumidos entre 30 a 60 min, antes do treino podem afetar o rendimento de forma negativa, ocasionando desconforto gástrico ou mesmo uma hipoglicemia de rebote. 😰😓

📌 A HORA CERTA: o momento ideal para consumir o PRÉ-TREINO é algo de total relevância! Estudos afirmam que as refeições consumidas muito próximas ao treino (30min a 60min) não contribuem tanto assim para melhora na performance e do desempenho físico do individuo.
👉Eles dizem que a grande refeição, ou seja, aquela consumida entre pelo menos 3 a 4h antes do exercício é a verdadeira responsável pelo o aumento do nosso glicogênio muscular💪, mostrando que não adianta de nada tomar um MEGA pre-treino se a sua refeição anterior não foi uma Brastemp!😯🤗 .

💁🏻‍♂️ Cardio is important for weight/fat loss, make no mistake, but if you're exclusively doing 3-5+ hours a week of cardio and not seeing the results you want, here are some tips to help:
•
1️⃣ Lift heavier: When we perform heavy lifts, your body supercompensates in order to meet the demands of the stressor. In addition, with heavier loads our body secretes more 22 kDa growth hormone, IGF-1 and free- testosterone that aid in muscle repair and lipoysis (fat loss).
•
2️⃣ Consume more protein: Protein is a dense compound that requires a significant amount of energy to breakdown digest and thus has a thermogenic effect that increases ones daily caloric expenditure. •
3️⃣ Reduce rest: When rest is reduced, our overall energy production increases, leading to an increase in growth hormone and blood lactate concentrations that aid in fat loss. •
4️⃣ Reduce sugar & don't drink your calories: This goes without saying, high sugar diets are often associated with increased storage of fat. In addition, drinking your calories can result in an increased overall caloric intake that are extremely accessible.

5️⃣ Increase active rest/overall activity: Move more! Don't rely on those 3-5 hours a week at the gym to drive your results cause often times it's not enough. Walk the dog, get your 10,000 steps a day, walk more at the office. Just move more. •

I think I have to work my program, because actually it's focus on proprioception, technique. But after summer we enter in the powerlifting preparation, and proprioception isn't sufficient.

Actually I think, totaly raw I can make 190-200 kg in squat, 155 benchpress, and 200kg Deadlift...
