Mudras are hand positions. 
Each area of the hand connects to a particular area in the brain. Practicing mudras help guide energy flow, linking the individual with the Life Force of the Universe, Prana or Chi.

The Lotus mudra is the Mudra of Abundance. It is represents the opening of the lotus flower which symbolizes Transformation. It helps us let go of the feelings that we are holding in our hearts, opening it with fresh beginnings and enlightenment. 
Use this mudra when you feel drained or misunderstood. It opens you to the Divine Force and helps you receive whatever you need to start a beautiful day!

How to do the Lotus Mudra? ✅Bring the base of the palms together at the Heart center.
✅Touch thumbs and pinky fingers together.
✅Spread the rest of the fingers out like the Lotus flower.
Close your eyes.
✅Take 10 deep long full in-breaths and out-breaths.

The holistic focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and spirit. Modern yoga therapy covers a broad range of therapeutic modalities, incorporating elements from both physical therapy and psychotherapy. 
Yoga therapy is a growing field and scientific evidence has begun to emphasize its efficacy. It is used to treat existing mental and physical health issues, but can also be used as a self-care strategy for prevention and maintenance.

Yoga therapy is well established as a treatment for depression and anxiety. A meta-analysis cited in the Primary Care Companion for CNS Disorders found that yoga therapy also shows promise for the treatment of posttraumatic stress (PTSD) and schizophrenia. Additionally, yoga therapists have begun to develop treatment modalities to suit children with autism. The book Yoga Therapy for Children with Autism and Special Needs, written in 2013 by yoga teacher Louise Goldberg, is already considered a critical text for novice and experienced yoga therapists alike. 🌀🌀🌀. "Mudras são posições que efetuamos com o nosso corpo para a liberação de reações. É como se por uma chave na fechadura, este ato acessa nosso cérebro e o desbloqueia. Ao fazermos um mudra nosso cérebro em resposta faz com que nosso organismo reaja automaticamente a este estímulo." Mudra para bronquite:
Fazer com as duas mãos: colocando o dedo mindinho na raiz do seu polegar, o anel ao lado da articulação superior do polegar e o médio a gema do dedo polegar.

Mudra da asma:
Com ambas as mãos, junte-se a duas falanges de dedos médio e mantenha-os pressionado enquanto o outro permermanece estendido.

Praticar este mudra 4-6 minutos, se você tem um ataque de asma aguda, pode-se passar para o mudra de asma até respiração volta ao normal. Para um tratamento a longo prazo, pratica os mudras 5 vezes por dia, durante 5 minutos.

To form Vishnu Mudra, bring up the right hand and fold the index and middle fingers into the palm, extending the thumb, ring finger and pinky finger. Rest the left hand on your left knee or thigh.
