XT.This week I will be covering one move at at time to add a whole flow. We will start with  The Kettlebell Swing

One exercise that would not only burn a loads of calories, fat, boost endurance, and build muscle.
It's a compound movement which will strengthen the tendons and ligaments, making the joints tougher and less-susceptible to injury.
The Kettle bell swing will work all the major muscle groups at once. In fact it works over 600 muscles .
It's a total body workout.
1. Works Calves Quads Hamstrings Glutes Hipflexors abdominal shoulders lats.
2. Increase strength
3. Increase Endurance
4. Burn Calories
5. Burn Fat
6. Improve Heart Rate
7. Improve Posture and Balance
8. Makes everyday task easier

Start with caution and get a coach or personal trainer to supervise your first few sessions.

We’ve received a lot of feedback lately from all of you about how the gym has affected how you play and adventure outside. Some of you are passing the boys, uphill, on your mountain bike rides. Now that archery season has begun, others of you have told us how this is the best you’ve ever felt hiking with a packing, searching for elk. We feel the same. A couple weeks ago we took off into the Wind River Range and hiked at altitude with packs for 5 days. And you know what? We get pretty damn good. So what about you? Have you felt any different climbing, hiking, or hunting - or just living your day-to-day life - since you started at the gym?

Nogen gange så GIDER jeg bare ikke træne. Jeg er fyldt med historier om træthed og musklelspændinger og travlhed...
Så går jeg ud og laver en træningsdrik med isterninger. Sætter lidt dadler i blød til min efter-træningsdrik. Og starter opvarmningen, mens jeg lover mig selv, at det er “helt fint” bare at træne på halv kraft eller nøjes med 5 minutter.
Når jeg er færdig med de 2-5 min opvarmning, er jeg mentalt klar til at få lavet lidt.
Jeg mener: “nu har jeg jo allerede klædt om og varmet op. Den indsats skulle jo nødig gå til spilde vel?” #typenderErBangeForAtSpildeTiden 
Så jeg går i gang.
Det er sket, jeg har skruet lidt ned for indsatsen, men aldrig ned til halv kraft... Det er aldrig sket, at jeg nøjes med 5 minutter! 
Bagefter føles mine undskyldninger ikke så ægte. Jeg er mindre træt. Og de spændte muskler blev bevæget.
I dag blev det også lidt nemmere, da dagens #alphamamafit træning indeholdt #kettlebellsnatch = totalfavorit øvelse + kun var på 12 minutter.
Meget overskueligt. ...
Faktisk så overskueligt at der ..(praletid!!)... blev plads til et par runder med armbøjninger bagefter 💪💪💪
Og så var vejret perfekt til #udendørstræning 😁☀️

Here at KFIT, August has been designated "mobility month". This week's #TipTuesday is all about stretching! Here are three things you should know:

1. Static stretching and dynamic stretching are two different things:
🤸♀Dynamic stretching means active, energetic, or vigorous. Dynamic stretching involves movements, usually of more than one muscle group. These stretches take the body through a near-full range of motion that mimics the same movements you go through while exercising. 🤸♀Static Stretching means stationary, so static stretches isolate one muscle group at a time and hold a position rather than moving through a range of motion.

2. Bouncing during a stretch can result in injury. Make sure you hold the stretch to a slight discomfort and try to relax your muscles. 
3. American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), recommends engaging in flexibility training 2 to 3 days per week, holding each stretch for 10 to 30 seconds to mild discomfort and performing three to four repetitions per stretch. Stretching doesn't need to take hours. Take 15 minutes of your day to stretch those muscles!

Haft stök med ländryggen senaste veckan vilket är väldigt ovanligt - det har inte blivit en enda vettig natts sömn och allmänt slit på nervsystemet när man hela tiden hämmas i sina dagliga rörelser har gjort mig bra mör och efter ett besök hos min eminenta naprapat Sofia igår så fick hon lite ordning på delarna och idag så stod det rehab på schemat - men vad sjutton.... lite bänkpress kan man ju alltid pula in ändå

Lyckades tajma det samtidigt som min broder begav sig in i en styrkepyramid som var otroligt häftig att få skåda - kika in på hans sida för senaste nytt😊🤘

För egen del så var jag nöjd med att bara få arbeta med stången och få ta mig uppåt i registret - ni vet så väl domedagskänslorna man genomlider när något i fysiken strular så det var väldigt gott att vara på arbetet redan idag igen🙏
