I took the #sfl certification last year and learned so much! I’ve been lifting and coaching for over a decade (really not a long time), and the techniques that @drmichaelhartle taught were a game changer for me, helping me get my #bench over 300 and my #deadlift over 500. Those aren’t huge numbers by any means, but that’s not why I posted them. They were goals of mine that seemed unreachable before the #sfl
