...my way! another fun way to use meal batched veggies is to layer them between two slices of bread 😋 thats why i meal batch.. i cook lots of things and store them separately so i can choose how i want them during the week. this way, i dont feel stuck eating meals i dont want! today I have a long day and will be at work until 7 so packing an extra meal for dinner incase I need it!
✌🏽 slices @foodforlifebaking sprouted sesame toast + roasted carrots and zucchini (375 for 25 mins with turmeric, black pepper, smoked paprika and sea salt) + @traderjoes precooked beets + @clekraut caraway seed kraut + @shanleyfarms avocado.
Oysters and white wine - what else? 😍😋
fluffy scrambled eggs were my favorite as a kid so sometimes I like to relive the glory years 🙌🏻 the secret my grandma shared with me years ago: whisk the eggs together then add some water to the bowl (about 1 tbs per egg) to get the ultimate FLUFF 🤫
sliced up some @wholefoods nut & seed bread & topped it with fresh avo to make for a perfect post-sweat sesh 💪🏻 make today a good one!

Have you ever used cauliflower rice as a substitute? ⠀
It’s really easy to make on your own, or very easily found in the fresh/frozen section of most grocery stores these days. You’d be surprised to know that you can barely tell the difference in regular rice, especially when you’re using it in stir-fry, soups, and stews.⠀
Give it a shot next time you’re making a dish it’d blend well in. You can fill your plate with it knowing you’re eating a vegetable instead of a plate full of carbs you’d get with regular rice. Best of all, it's delicious!⠀
Have you tried it? ⠀
1 head cauliflower⠀
Add cauliflower florets to the food processor. Process until the cauliflower has a rice-like consistency. (You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your food processor.)⠀
Serve it raw or cooked. ⠀
For cooked cauliflower rice, add to a large frying pan over medium-high heat and sauté for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until warmed through. Serve immediately.⠀
I like to also saute up some onions, garlic & peppers then add the cauliflower rice, some coconut aminos and voila - good to eat!⠀

How much weight are you looking to lose? What parts of your body do you want to change? What is your ideal look?
Being told that we have the power over what we want our bodies to look like is a lie that we are fed from a young age. Society tells us that we have control over what kind of body we want, therefore making us believe that if we don’t have a certain look, we have the responsibility of changing it. It tells us that is we aren’t able to change that look as easily as we would like, we need to push harder and it is our fault we aren’t working hard enough.
What happens when we chase what society tells us is the appropriate look, weight, and shape for us? .
What happens is that we get further and further away from health. Your healthy look can not be decided by society or by you. Your body decides what your healthy look is. .
I know this is a tough pill to swallow after being told that is it our responsibility and living in this world of the thin ideal and fat phobia. It is hard to go against the grain. But we need to. We need to separate our “ideal look” given to us by society and understand that this does not come from a place of health. We need to do this because it will help guide us back to what health looks like for us as a unique individual. And if we wait for society to understand and accept that the ideal look and health are two different things, then it will take a lot longer for us to find our “happy healthy.”

The moon 🌕 made me do it! Sometimes you just have to take the plunge and take a risk. Life is not too short, it’s too long to do the same thing over and over again. That’s why anxiety and depression are prevalent, not being your true self.
People wear masks all the time, I see it, I feeI it. I use to wear lots of masks until one day I decided to take them all off and just be TOMKA. It can take time to clear anxiety, panic attacks and take off the masks....it takes work, diligence and responsibility for your life and behaviour. The more you understand yourself, the more layers and masks come off. Not everyone may like the maskless version but if it makes you happy, free and living from your truth, free from anxiety, how good would that be. A lot of steps to get there though, you need a nervous system to be free from interference, a healthy lifestyle; work with a practitioner that understands ‘energy’ and works with the memories stored in your body. Free yourself from the past to discover inner peace and then come alive.
