It is easy to to forget the benefits of dressage other than the winning a rossette or riding a flying change. Participating in a sport has many benefits. Which of the following benefits do you get from dressage & how often do you take them for granted?

Omg actually in front of the vertical. πŸ˜‚ His trot was weird today, it wasn’t bad just not very him πŸ™ˆ but that’s fine, still got over 64% which was lower than the goal I set but we can really start working on tests and he’s getting stronger / better now. Next time out of will hopefully be affiliated as I want to build up our record πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸ»
