The burger patty is made up of cooked and mashed beetroot(boiled), mashed potato (boiled), spinach (blanched and chopped), onion (chopped), plain oats for the binding (ground), salt, pepper, garlic salt and ginger (finely chopped)...I made the patties, put them in the refrigerator for some time and then baked them in the oven instead of frying them...

🦐 Coriander Chilli Prawns 🦐

🔸48 medium green king  prawns (approx 2kgs)
🔸 1/3 cup finely chopped  fresh coriander
🔸 2 tablespoons oil
🔸 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
🔸 1/4 cup soy sauce
🔸 1 tablespoon sweet  soy sauce
🔸 2 tablespoons plum sauce
🔸 zest of 2 limes
🔸 1/4 cup lime juice

1/ Using a sharp knife, cut down the back of each prawn and remove the vein, leaving the shell intact
.
2/ Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl, stir until well combined. Add prawns, mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour
Drain and reserve marinade
.
3/ Place prawns on lightly oiled BBQ flat plate. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until prawns are pink and crisp. 
Baste with marinade while cooking
