Jumping on the avocado toast bandwagon. This was a big step for me since I'm still learning to love avocados. 
Mashed half of an avocado with salt, pepper, garlic and hot sauce. Added an egg for protein. On whole wheat bread. Not too bad and better for me than the kids' cereals that I've been eating for breakfast. Those Lucky Charms are hard to pass up.

Normale Brötchen waren gestern - wie wäre es am Wochenende mit gesunden Müsli Brötchen 
zum Frühstück 😍🤤 👉🏼 So gehts:
450g Dinkel Vollkorn Mehl 
2 Messlöffel Zauberpulver Vanille

200ml lauwarme Milch (entweder Kuh- oder Pflanzenmilch)

1 Packung Trockenhefe

1ELÖl

1/2 Tasse Cranberries 
1/2 Tasse körnige Haferflocken 
1/2 Tasse gehackte Mandeln 
3 EL gepuffter Quinoa 
1 Apfel 
1 Banane 
Die Banane zerdrücken, den Apfel in kleine Stücke schneiden, die Mandeln hacken (wenn nicht schon gehackt gekauft) und dann alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und ordentlich kneten. Falls die 200ml Milch nicht
ausreichen, gebt mehr dazu, bis ein fester Teig
entsteht. Nun lasst ihr den Teig für mindestens eine
halbe Stunde an einem warmen Ort gehen. Dann
formt ihr die Brötchen, backt sie bei 180 C° 
20 Minuten um Ofen und genießen! 😻

HUBBY’S STORY {short version} When I first met this handsome guy, we fell in love immediately and things moved pretty fast. We were happily getting our life going when we were dropped with a bomb; stage 4 Lymphatic Cancer. We pushed through together, but it was the most difficult time of our lives. While going through an intense chemo regimen, his system pretty much shut down and he started putting on an average of 10 pounds every 2 weeks. He ended up gaining over 100 pounds in 6 months and I gained right along with him from all the stress-eating. After he went into remission (yay!) we basically got stuck and continued with an unhealthy lifestyle for years. Sometimes life isn’t fair. Sometimes we are the victims of horrible circumstances. It’s how we recover and how we deal with those circumstances that ultimately matters. So proud of this dude right here and all his hard work ❤️
