Me trying to master the one arm... 🥵. Took a lot to show this, but it is sloppy and it will take practice and I know I’ll get there. Anyways hear me out, when I post this, I am posting for everyone not just those that workout, I mean most my posts are meant for everyone anyways. 
But here are some words for you guys and gals.... You are your biggest ally, never give up on yourself. Everyone is not equal, but do you know what we have all in common?...🤓 We all have the same timeframe of 24 hours and 7 days a week. Now within that time I know we all have different layouts going throughout those days and different loads on our backs to take care of. But LISTEN clearly here..., you will only fail, if you give up on yourself. Forget the people that have given up on you, they don’t matter. YOU matter. It will be physically and mentally challenging and the pace will be different for you. And it doesn’t matter how slow you are moving forward, it matters that you are still striving, still pushing, and that you are not stoping you are just going. And if you keep it up and continue through the thick and thin I promise you will succeed. Take your time and fight those bad days because the good days WILL come. 😇

Be optimistic, believe in yourself, you are a one of a kind after all, you are truly a unique individual. Being unique is better than being that perfect person. Truly beautiful. ☺️ Hope this helps.

О целях 🎯
Занимаюсь я уже не один год ) и всегда ставила перед собой цели, например : подготовиться к отпуску, новому году, соревнованиям и тд 
Но в итоге , поняла что самое крутое это быть в отличной форме круглый год ;) и когда я это осознала , все встало на свои места -питание, тренировки и вообще образ жизни 💫
Да у меня нет огромных мышц и иногда я заплываю жирком 🐷🙈 или наоборот очень сильно худею , но самое главное , что на данный момент я нахожусь в гармонии с собой и получаю удовольствие от этого .) Договоритесь сами с собой , научитесь жить в гармонии со своим телом 🙏🏻 Перестаньте смотреть на кого-то и думать, что он лучше или красивее вас ...станьте улучшеной версией себя ) ⠀

Weekly progress pics 😄😊 Taking these pics this week was the last thing on my mind, considering how infrequently I've been working out. Exams are near, so my traimer reduced my workouts to thrice a week and let me tell you, when you are used to rigorous workout and constant activity all the time, everyday cutting back on workouts can feel like the worst thing ever! 😅 But that's why I take these pics; to remind myself that whatever the scale says (It went up by 100gms), real progress lies in inches and not in kgs ❤😊
