You know that friend that always wants to make plans, so you always agree, and then she ALWAYS cancels? 🤔 and then every time she asks you to hang out you’re secretly thinking “I don’t know even know why I’m agreeing to make plans bc I know you’re gonna bail LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO 🙄😡”. Isn’t that so annoying? Soooo WHY in the WORLD do we think it’s okay to do that to ourselves?? We make commitments to be better with our workouts, our nutrition, our finances, goals, etc..and then bail..🤔🤔. I used to be that person who would bail because I didn’t have time to workout, I couldn’t afford a gym membership, I was too hungover to get a workout in,and the list goes on and on and on 😐🙄. And then, I started making small decisions day in & day out and slowly but surely, I changed 🙌🏼. Challenge yourself to see what happens when you see a commitment all the way through 👊🏼

💁🏽♀️I was sooo not feeling a workout this morning. ...
I woke up with no motivation, and once I got myself to the gym I realized I had no headphones 😭😭have you ever felt like this? ..
Of course the easy thing would be to turn around, gym clothes and all. There are a couple things that help me when I’m feeling like this:
1️⃣I plan to just “move” for at least 30 minutes. Whether I go walk on the treadmill or do a full workout.
2️⃣I try to find a fitness class going on that I enjoy (barre and any type of interval training are my faves)
3️⃣I make up my own workout. I alternate HIIT and rest of cardio and strength training. This makes the time fly by. This is what I did today, and before I knew it - it was 50 minutes in. ..

A reminder to myself to not go off the rails with my nutrition this weekend 🙄🙈. I’m happy with the progress I’ve made since September 3rd 😁🙌🏼 and I want to keep going!!! Weekends & family events (lots this weekend) are usually my downfall but I HATE feeling like I’m back at square one on Mondays 😩. Posting this stuff on my IG keeps me sooo much more accountable so thank you!! 😍😍😘😘 Who else is feeling determined to stay on track this weekend?!
