// thank you to @saladandgo for offering healthier options on the go! My personal favorite is their Roasted Sweet Potato and Strawberry salad, add chicken and avocado. It comes with mixed romaine, sweet potato, strawberries, quinoa, goat cheese, and it's paired with the most delicious champagne vinaigrette. If you've ever been curious to try this place out, do it... you won't be sorry. 🍓🥑🍠🥗 #fanpost #repost #drivethrurevolution
All the more, you also have to understand them when they don't feel like being 'in the moment'. One minute they act all right, the next minute they could snap on you just like that. That's fine, it happens. But because you're with an overthinker, you simply ask them whether they're OK or not, and just let them be until they bounce back to positivity. When you finally understand an overthinker, you somehow see yourself in them.
You find out that it will always be a matter of opening up to the right set of people that makes overthinking bearable. It's actually quite rewarding dealing with them because you get to handle them with utmost care -- believe me.
So, shout-out to all overthinkers: fret not, everything will gradually fall into place, whatever it is that keeps you up late at night. Simply live in the moment and believe in the process.
Finally, my dear overthinkers, take comfort in the fact that there will be chosen people who will always understand you when the going gets tough

There are two types of people you'll meet in this world. The first type are the people who simply enjoy the mere moments in life. The second type are the people who have to take caution in all their actions and with words they blurt out. While the former is easy to dwell with, the latter is where all the challenge begins -- and this is how you understand an overthinker.
To begin with, I am not much of an overthinker. In all possible ways, I always try to see the good in all the bad. But I've known quite a few people who take second thoughts in seeing the light at the end of every tunnel. They overthink too much that in every happy episode leads to another season that may give them a warning label that says, "You can't take in too much happiness because it'll lead you to another doomsday!" And so, they settle for less.
You have to take into consideration that not everyone has the same mindset as yours. For overthinkers, they always think twice, thrice maybe, and are always careful with what they have to say. They overthink whether it's worth a shot to speak their hearts out, or to remain silent with their own unshared thoughts. They tend to overthink scenarios and moments maybe for the fear of grasping the reality -- and that's how they break their own hearts. In result, overthinkers keep everything in their mind most of the time because opening up to other people is a major trial for them.
So when you finally encounter an overthinker, you have to be gentle with them. Understand that their heart is way too fragile to handle more negativities. Appreciate them all the more when they confide in you because that rarely happens, and listen -- listen with all your heart and allow yourself to take in everything they have to share. This is the moment they become vulnerable and sensitive, you can only do so much than handle their soft heart. Let it be the moment wherein they confidently and comfortably open up things and make them not regret for doing so in the first place.
