Quick bed time snack. This week is gonna be all about going to bed early (ideally) and waking up at 6 (whether I like it or not)!!! P.S. cashew yogurt is actually pretty damn good, not that damn expensive, and makes me consider going damn #dairyfree forever... That being said though, gluten, dairy, and sugar are not the end of the world, folks! In moderation 😎 Since January 1 I have had no major breakouts and I think that's attributed to my diet change! But let's not count our eggs before they hatch... We will see what happens when #periodweek hits πŸ˜– @foragerproject

I’ve reached my post quota for the day, I think πŸ˜‚. I was inspired today-what can I say. Six #smartpoints Lemon Garlic Baked Ahi Steaks, Sautéed Spinach, and Sweet Potato Fries. Easy. 🍠🍟 Drizzle sweet potatoes with olive oil and sea salt. 400 for 25 minutes. Flip midway. 🐟 Bake on a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Add S&P, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice (I used 1/2 lemon for 2 steaks, 12 ozs.). 400 for 15 minutes. πŸƒ Add spinach, minced garlic, S&P, and a little olive oil spray to a fry pan. Sauté. 
Until tomorrow. 😎

To make this I soaked 1/2 cup @bobsredmill organic rolled oats, 1/4 black chia seeds, 3/4 cup @califiafarms unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 teaspoon @intheraw agave, 1/2 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract, and a dash of cinnamon. Soaked overnight, then topped with @barneybutter chunky almond butter, organic strawberries and blueberries, and a sprinkle of crushed unsweetened coconut flakes 😩

So proud of these beautiful ladies right here! We took our whole hesitant bunch and turned all 5 of us into Whole30 compliant rock stars! Today is my day 30 and I'm down 8.0 pounds and lost 6.5 inches overall. I achieved what I set out for - more energy, better sleep (I fall asleep instantly now and sleep solidly through the night, finally!) And less bag appearance under my eyes. I even received compliments on features no one has ever commented on before! πŸ˜‰ Thank you to all 4 of you for being a tremendous support and making this a fun challenge.

It’s in Real Food Everyday if you want the recipe but in short it is just 2 eggs, smoked salmon, dill & salt & pepper to taste. Beat the eggs, put in the pan with some olive oil, add the salmon, dill and salt & pepper & stir until cooked to your liking. Boom, breakfast or a quick dinner is served! Today’s breakfast was that melt-in-your-mouth kind of deliciousness πŸ™ŒπŸΌ and I’m so excited to share the recipe with you!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup oats
3/4 cup @drinksofresh almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp baking powder
raspberries and pb for topping!

Soak the oats and chia seeds in the almond milk for 5 min., then bake at 350F for 15 min. — Add raspberries and pb on top and ENJOY!!

Oats are a food that caused a lot of bloating, inflammation and indigestion for me so I went off them. Hadn’t had a bowl of porridge for about 8 months and today I am having a bowl of porridge to see how I go! And boyyyy did I miss it 😍 I mixed in coconut sugar and topped it with hot peaches and nectarines, sultanas, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut and chia seeds! I’ve felt okay since having it so will be interesting to see how I go if I continue to ease oats back in to my diet!
