Good morning ☀️☁️ I guess the Wednesday - the very middlest day in the week - is the best day for talking about fears and especially body fears 😱

My body is not perfect and it never will but it is OK. And it is OK because it’s healthy and gives me a possibilty to live my live without bad illness or so. I don’t have the body fears anymore but believe me there was a time I really had. When I was an anorectic I was so very scared of EVERYTHING. I was afraid to eat and I was afraid to sleep because I believed my body stops burning calories while resting. I was afraid to sit and drive by car for nonsense reasons. But all those fears were coming from my own body because of my body - because people around were bullying me saying I am fat and looking ugly as fuck. This is what they really said - even the family I was part of when I was a child. 😔

I go very wrong picture of myself and my own looking. It tooks years to find them keys for happiness and life without fears. I can now show my body with its all mistakes like stretchmarks and insymmetrical muscles, I am not perfect but to be honest I am very happy for that. Being perfect would give me more fears than being me and accepting myself the way I am 🙏🏻

Little introductory post incoming:
I'm Stephen, I'm roughly 1.5 years into weight lifting, but you can subtract about 2-3 months from that bc I was sidelined by a few back injuries and a major cold along the way. But that's okay. That's the path that I was destined to take.

I'm 6'0" on tinder feet tall (5'11" 3/4 but I swear to God I'm still growing so here's to hoping) and 175 lbs. Not pure muscle. I'm not here to lie about that or inflate anything to flex on anyone. My body fat % is probably 23% ish or around there. I'm a lil pudgy. But I'm healthy. I'm 19 years old and a freshman in college. -
My eating habits are honestly pretty good compared to a lot of people my age. I definitely could do better, but I definitely could do worse. I'll indulge in a burger every once in a while. Some days I'll eat way too many carbs or eat some bread. It's not gonna kill you :) -
Growing up I was morbidly obese. I gained 30 lbs a year for 3 years. I ballooned from 120 at 9 (it sounds like a lot but I was just a little pudgy at the time) to 210 by the time I was in 6th grade. I ended up dropping 30 lbs in the summer after 7th grade after I watched what I ate and worked out a lot. My self confidence began to grow when I saw myself in a way that wasn't just a fat kid. -
I work out 4-5x a week. Weight lifting. I'll start posting my workout regimen on here on Wednesday! Today is a day for homework, and rest! I'm excited.

Tuesday, Snooze day. Man I am pooped. When I get out of class I'm gonna go and take a NAP. -

My body Is still weak compared to what it used to be able to do, but squat day yesterday definitely allowed me to do more than I could do last week. So I'm looking forward to get a good pump in. -
I also went back to my highschool for a thanksgiving meal. Cranberry sauce might be on my list of favorite foods, genuinely. -

I had a good workout. Better than I expected after last week's weak outing. But I'm coming back from a pretty bad back sprain so I can't be too critical of myself. - 
I definitely had to quit earlier than I would've liked, but I could feel my lower back flaring up. Getting back into the swing of things is important, but my healing is moreso. -

Mais il faut tout de même rester vigilants lorsque tu les achètes. Je te recommande vivement de toujours acheter tes clémentines avec des feuilles (tout type d'agrumes d’ailleurs).

En effet, les clémentines avec une feuille bien verte et fraîche va te garantir que c'est un fruit qui a mûrit sur l'arbre... (aussi non la feuille est sèche)... du coup, c'est un fruit plus frais qui sera plus riche en vitamines.

Les clémentines sans feuilles n'apportent aucune garantie de fraîcheur. Très souvent les industrielles les récoltent pas assez mûres pour les conserver plus longtemps dans des chambres froides 🏔️. Et ils provoquent leur mûrissement  quelques jours avant de les envoyer aux magasins, grâce au gaz éthylène qui est classé comme toxique ❌.
⚠️ ATTENTION, le mûrissement est uniquement superficiel. Le clémentine étant verte (car elle n'est pas mûre), le gaz rend la peau de la clémentine plus orangée, mais le jus de clémentine n'a pas changé, il n'est pas devenu plus mûre pour autant
