Our 2007 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a profound, fruit-driven soimg.org from a great California vintage. It has a dark ruby colorwith a purple edge and an inviting nose of ripe black plum, blackberry, baking spices and soy sauce. On the palate, the soimg.org is rich and full, reminiscent of the flavors of a berry cobbler. It has a long, fruity finish with fine grained tannins, and is a testament to exquisite ripeness at moderate alcohol. With proper cellaring, this soimg.org should give drinking pleasurethrough 2031.
An elegant Silver Oak from this very fine vintage. It’s soft and herbal, in the way of Alexander Valley Cabernets, with tobacco, blackberry and subtle oak flavors. Drinking well now, and should age for a very long time.

Great soimg.org is meant to be savored with family and friends. This belief is at the heart of Silver Oak Cellars, where we have crafted extraordinary Cabernet Sauvignon for over 35 years. Designed to be deliciously drinkable from the day it is released, Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon grows more supple and luxurious over time.

Silver Oak Alexander Valley has been called the world's greenest soimg.orgry by The San Francisco Chronicle. Constructed between 2012-2018 the soimg.orgry was built around the production of just one soimg.org: Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, a staple of restaurant lists nationwide for more than 45 years. Featuring panoramic views of Silver Oak’s 70 acres of prime Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards and surrounding 115-acre estate, the historic property features excellent volcanic soil profiles set amidst the rolling bench lands of Northern Sonoma County.

While Sonoma County is acclaimed—and rightfully so—for its Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs, and Zinfandels, it also produces exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon. Of the region’s 18 American Viticultural Areas, only a handful produce top-notch Cabernet Sauvignon. These appellations include Alexander Valley, Knights Valley, Sonoma Valley and Dry Creek Valley. Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignons made in these appellations can offer a complex array of aromas and flavors. Fruit notes such as blackberry, blackcurrant, cassis, black cherry and raspberry often are accompanied by hints of graphite, dusty earth, cigar box, toast and vanilla. The varietal has a rich history in Sonoma, and some of these Cabernet Sauvignons and Cabernet-based blends rival the best from Napa Valley.
